Emily's
riveting account of her personal odyssey to another place
and time and her persistence and diligence in unraveling her
family history pleased our audience and kept them totally
engrossed. Her personal connection to the Ann Arbor
community was an added bonus. Furthermore, Emily is a
pleasure to know and work with.

The show
looks very good. Emily Rose has solved the mystery of her
American family who had oil paintings from the 'Old World'
of great great great relatives. Who are they? What were they
like? How did they meet? How did they come to America?, etc.
It might send you off on a jaunt of your own.

There is
something so clean about her style. One gets the impression
that what you see is what you get. No artifice, no showing
off. Yet her scholarship, command and presence were so
evident. She just sparkles when she talks which conveys
enthusiasm and that is contagious. She was organized and
very professional. Obviously well experienced and confident.
— Attendee, Toronto Jewish Book Fair
